Accepted Artist Information

52nd Open International Exhibition

Congratulations for having work accepted into the exhibition.  We look forward to seeing it in person!

Please read the following instructions carefully as works not meeting the requirements, or not received on time, may not be hung in the gallery. All this information was included in the call for entry, whose terms you agreed to upon submission of work to the jury.

All works must be suitably framed or prepared with instructions for the installation of three-dimensional work. Two-dimensional work must have D-rings at the back to be hung on chains.

Stretchers used for gallery canvases must be a minimum of 1.5 inches in depth with visible edges being finished, also with D-rings on the back.

Artwork Label

Each accepted piece must have a label attached to the back of the artwork on the top left. Please download the attached label form. Complete and attach to the artwork.

Size

Works can be in any size up to and not exceeding 50” framed on the longest side or unframed if presented on gallery-wrap canvas

Insurance

Artists are responsible to have their own insurance as the host venue and the SCA are not responsible for loss or damage of artwork for the duration of the exhibit, or during shipping.
