Judith Harvey hails from Montreal, Canada. While studying art history at University of Toronto (B.A.) she developed a strong appreciation for the classics, in particular Dutch still life and interiors. Mostly self taught, she has honed her skills from studying and applying techniques from the study of the old masters.

With her artwork, Judith hopes to capture the essence of the subject matter and to convey it with simplicity, using a minimalistic approach to theme, colour and form. Both her landscapes and still life artworks convey a feeling of timelessness and serenity, a moment captured and an homage to the beauty which surrounds us.

Judith is currently residing in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec. Her work can be found in private collections Internationally.
