Susan Gosevitz, OSA, SCA, AFC
Susan Gosevitz is an award winning artist and an elected member of the Ontario Society of Artists (OSA) and the Society of Canadian Artists (SCA) and she is a signature member of Artists For Conservation (AFC). A graduate of the Toronto School of Art , she has continued her studies under Doug Dunford of Muskoka and Canadian Wildlife Artist Robert Bateman.
Susan has been a life-long artist and has a deep respect for nature and the natural world. Her paintings are serene with a spiritual quality inviting the viewer to connect with nature. She has exhibited widely including the McMichael Gallery in Kleinberg
"My art is defined by nature including land, water and wildlife. I have a deep respect for the natural world and the wildlife that lives within. Conservation awareness through artistic expression is my gift to nature. "
Susan received the top painting award at the Toronto School of Art 2009 and is the recipient of the 2012 Robert Bateman Award. Together with The Tobin Island Artists of Muskoka, they have published several children’s books on conservation awareness.
Original paintings can be found in public and private collections in North America. Commissions are welcomed.
